All our products are shipped to you from China via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 in Belgium/Netherlands and over £70 in the UK. No code is needed, free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes VAT.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. It may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and you can expect your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.
Free Shipping:
On all orders over €80 or £70 for the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
For orders below the thresholds stated above, the following shipping costs apply:

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please email service.fiorente@gmail.com within 5 business days and attach photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
