Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be made quickly and easily by click here .

RETURN PERIOD: We have a return period of 14 days in which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start at the moment the package is received. Please note, the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed, fit for resale, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REMARK:

FIORENTE does not offer refunds for sale items.

For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or credit if only one of the two items is returned.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate when registering your return that you want to exchange a product, we will start working on this immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return, you can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse. From that moment on, the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about this. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. We will of course be happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to service.fiorente@gmail.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will then work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to submit your return within 14 days before the expiration of the return period. If this is not possible, we offer you the possibility to exchange the product for a replacement or a credit note. Ask our customer service team about the possibilities.
